Necessary Defence

The publication discusses some issues of interpretation and application of section 29 of Criminal Code regarding private defence from the perspective of interpretation and application by criminal justice. The author briefly introduces the particular elements of private defence together with de lege ferenda suggestions in order to improve the protection of the citizens against the attacks conducted by offenders and to improve the effectiveness of the protection.
