Treatment of Offenders Seniors

The paper deals with the problems of the senior as an offender, in the terms of fulfilling the various theories of punishment. It deals with the specifics of treatment of the seniors in prison and refers to an increase in the proportion of persons aged 65 years and more in prisons and the need to work out a comprehensive model of treatment of prisoners seniors.
