CSIRT.cz – National Computer Security Incident Response Team of the Czech Republic

The main goal of this article is to present a brief description of current situation in the field of cyber security and the role of national CERT team according to the newly adopted Cyber security law (No. 181/2014 Coll.) and to compare some theoretical principles application in practice. The article is focused on explaining a role of the national team and its sphere of authority within the Czech Republic reflecting the new act.
