Significance of Modus Operandi and Offender’s Signature in Investigating Murders and Sexually Motivated Crimes

This article deals with determination of modus operandi and elements of offender personalization, especially signature of an offender and his ritual behavior, their mutual differentiation and explication of these terms significance in investigating sexually motivated homicides and other sexually motivated violent crimes.
