Loyalty of Civil Servants

This review article is dedicated to the topic of loyalty of civil servants in a perspective of militant democracy. Core of this article consists of an analysis of Civil Service Acts of the Czech Republic, of Germany and of the European Union. This work’s closure is a comparison of all three civil servant models.
