Comparison of the Systems of the Legal Regulation of Sexual Violence Crime in Particular European States

The author of the presented study analyses the topic of sexual violence from the point of view of the documents and activities of international and European bodies and institutions. She focuses on the analysis of criminal law regulation of the body of the case of sexual violence in the Slovak Republic and particular European countries, especially in the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Belgium, the French Republic, the Polish Republic, and the Czech Republic. By using data comparison she tries to evaluate effectiveness of the Slovak criminal law system of sexual violence control.
