The paper contains a detailed analysis of the appeal and appelate proceedings in the Security Corps Service Act. It focuses in particular on reviewing decisions related to disciplinary delicts. The aim of the author is to point out the most common application questions that arise in practice in connection with this legal institute and to offer their solutions. Particular attention is paid to the issue of the prohibition of the reformation in peius. This paper is based on the principle of subsidiarity of the Administrative Procedure Code and is based on a series of judicial decisions.
