The authors of the article try to draw attention to the changes of legal rules in the area of hazardous substances handling in the Czech Republic and to refer to the documents governing hazardous substances handling. The article is intended for specialists and workers in this area and its objective is to contribute to a better orientation in changes of legal rules.
