What will the new law on Police CR bring?

The article deals with the new bill on Police CR, which is being commented by the bodies concerned. The preparation of the new law seemed to be necessary because the present law n. 283/1991 Co in wording of later regulations which is being effective was modified by several amendments and at present lacks the conception of newly conceived and codified police law. The author comments the chosen regulations of the bill within the amendment procedure.
