The importance of Human Resources in obtaining new talent and key personnel is currently growing. According to the author it is possible to grow Human Resources in conjunction with new thinking and trends from the rest of the world. In the above-mentioned article there are indicated current basic issues and their possible solutions. The author highlights deficiencies, which appear, and she shows guidelines for Human Resources, which should lead to systematic and developing hiring process for new key personnel.
