Chosen labour and law aspects, PUBLIC AND law ASPECTS OF the state-employee relation in conditions of the current social development in the Slovak Republic

State-employee relation represents a legal relation through which part of citizens participates in the working process. Within the cluster of labour-law relations it has a special position in sub-group of other legal relations and shows certain special characteristics when it is in scientific assessment compared to basic labour-law relation represented by labour relation and contracts on work done besides labour relation amended by the labour law. The article concentrates on the chosen labour-law and public-law aspects of state-employee relation in the Slovak Republic.
