Act on Service of Security Corps’ Members Reflecting Their Higher Education

The aim of this article was to describe the legal situation in which the model is a person who joins the service under the Act on service in security corps after graduating from university. When considering the service in the security corps only from the short-term perspective then from the point of the author‘s view the entry conditions are not laid down so that they can be considered as a regulation sufficiently motivating a university graduate to such a decision.
