Evaluation of Policemen of the Police of the Czech Republic – Results from the Research Carried out on Policemen Studying at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague. Part 2.

The paper has two parts. The first deals with the methodology of the performance evaluation of policemen of the Police of the Czech Republic. The actual methodology consists of five techniques – two of them are described in this article – namely, the methodology of the examination of key areas for carrying out the profession, and the methodology of the self-image of the same abilities by an evaluated person himself. The second part of the communication contains results reflecting the research aimed at the evaluation of policemen with special emphasis on the above mentioned methodologies. The investigation was carried out at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in 2010.
