Management of International Police Cooperation in the National Identity Context

Article is especially deepen highlights the theme of effects of organizationally-specific internal or external impacts on strategic and development process concerning these police organizations in the context of citizens´ national identity of particular states. It also highlights its impacts on personal and collectively-shared opinion, public and co-workers attitudes of above mentioned police organizations. It is analysed with the respect to real adaptive harmonization of nationally constructive elements. During the work on partial research new knowledge, which is necessary for the analysis of the process of strategic planning aimed at developing international police management, was acquired. The creation of concrete recommendations for executive management of the respective police organisations is closely related with this.
