Peoples Republic of China as a Provider of Foreign aid

The article deals with the provision of foreign aid and also some emphasis on new players in the monitored area. The text includes the definition of humanitarian aid and development cooperation and describes some selected countries currently playing a key role in this area. The author tries to define the issues and points out the provision of humanitarian aid and development cooperation, not only because of solidarity and humanity. It is because we can hear the rumors that some projects are based on projects, mostly hidden intentions, such as the efforts of donor countries to get premium position regarding mineral extraction or searching for new markets.
