Abstract

The article focuses on the limitations of the rights and duties of security force members, balancing public order with individual rights. These limitations are justified by the need to protect the public interest and national security, but they raise concerns about the potential abuse of power. The importance of a legal framework and international standards is emphasized to ensure that these limitations are proportionate and respect human rights.
