Use of Military Intelligence Special Means in the Processes of Detection of Crimes and Identification of Perpetrators

Abstract

In the article, the author discusses the issue of crime as an object of interest of the Military Intelligence. The article briefly elaborates on the legal possibilities of the Military Intelligence in detecting criminal activities and identification of their perpetrators within the framework of intelligence activities. The article focuses on the categorisation of the special means of Military Intelligence and the legal limits of their use in intelligence activities in the context of the new Military Intelligence Act.
