Abstract

The truth about the crime and its perpetrator cannot always be firmly established, which necessitates the use of other specific evidence, such as intelligence information. The use of intelligence information as evidence in criminal proceedings is relatively under-researched and controversial topic. We try to outline our partial view of its application in criminal proceedings.
