Detection of Criminal Law Relevant Information from a Child under the Age of Fifteen
ŠUBRT, Milan:
The article deals with the coherence of some evidence of criminal law process, scientific methods of criminalistic tactics and methodology and scientific procedures of forensic psychology in case of getting criminal law relevant information from a child under the age fifteen. The author deals with the relation between the scientific disciplines used in interrogation, that means between criminal process law, criminalistics and forensic psychology. In conclusion the author defines the basic notions and relations of means in case of the witness interrogation of a child.
