The Development of Forensic Aspects of Criminal Procedural Law

Criminalistics gives the criminal law methods that can be used in the criminal process in reviewing, investigating and during the trial. Criminalistics and Criminal law is still developing. It is a dynamic process in technical sciences, forensic sciences, but also of legal sciences. The author seeks to capture this development in the article.
