The development of traffic in present civilized world brings besides positive aspects, such as the decline in time necessary for overcoming distances and making easier the transport of persons and loads, also many negative aspects of which the most serious ones are killing people and serious injuries. Statistics of road traffic accidents signal the rise in these consequences and as well as in material impacts.
