An Offender in a Long-Term Execution of a Confinement Punishment and His Social Prognosis

The article is aimed at the personality of the serious crime offender who serves his long-term sentence in prison. The condemned is influenced by deprivation consequences of psychosocial and somatic needs. But not all of them influence his final behaviour negatively after his releasing despite the fact they make the quality of his personal experience lower. A lot of long-term imprisoned persons have their criminal behaviour so deeply embedded that they are still very dangerous even after their releasing from prison.
