Sport and Penal Law

The authors deal with the problem of recourse of sportsmen for breaking sports rules. They define the term “sport” itself and imply possible approaches how to solve the relationship between sport and the consequences occurring in sport activities seen as crucial from the viewpoint of the Penal Law.
