AN UNUSUAL BEHAVIOUR BY DRIVER AFTER AN ACCIDENT WITH A PEDESTRIAN

A current traffic accident has not only become unusual but it has also become a murder attempt. This was caused by the driver’s behaviour after finding out that although he had managed to leave the place of accident easily; he had driven the injured pedestrian in the boot of his Skoda Octavia car as far as his house. The way the driver decided to conceal the accident and his cynical behaviour towards the victim of the accident have become decisive in the legal qualification of the case.
