JUVENILE DELINQUENCY – CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS

The article deals in its complexity with contemporary problems of juvenile delinquency in our society. Based on the latest findings of educational science and psychology, paper sheds light on causes of origin of various forms of behaviour and acting of a part of our young population. Having reflected on the premises the author suggests a preventive approach, which should eliminate frequency of undesirable manifestation of juvenile behaviour. Diminishing juvenile delinquency is perceived as a solution to decline in the rate of crime in the whole society.
