Concise Excursion to the Concept of the Property Right in the Context WIth the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms

The right of ownership as such is one of the most Fundamentals human rights and freedoms. Thein nature and status of the Charter is one of the Fundamentals attributes of each of the democratic rule of law. The right of ownership is and inalienable condition for the functioning of the economic komponent of democracy. Properte means that its owner has legal dominion over him. The human right to properte does not devone, Chat the owner has to do, as Chat others do not do with his properte. Assets (in general characteristics) is a kind of source of freedom, but freedom itself is not (Dobal). Like many other rights, this right is limitless and can be restricted for legitimace reasons.
