Detecting Criminal Acts in the Field of Public Procurements<\/strong><\/p>\n PhDr. Ing. Edita Zradi\u010dkov\u00e1, Ph.D., Ministry of the Interior, Department for EU Home Affairs Funds<\/em><\/p>\n Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n This article provides a brief overview of a research project with the objective of determining the current state of crime detection in the field of public procurement and the detection and identification of indicators of this crime resulting from the methods of its perpetration, particularly in instances where a preference or more favourable conditions are negotiated for some suppliers at the expense of others.
