Critical Infrastructure in the Slovak Republic<\/strong><\/p>\n kpt. Mgr. et Mgr. Peter Jakub\u00edk, LL.M., <\/em>Presidium of the Police Force, National Criminal Agency, Bratislava branch<\/em><\/p>\n The article deals with critical infrastructure in the Slovak Republic, defining this term with respect to several aspects and characterizing some other basic concepts that are directly related to the issue of critical infrastructure in our country. In the article, the author also deals with some phases of the legislative process that preceded the issue of the Critical Infrastructure Act, in which the relevant European Union Directive was implemented in accordance with the law. At the end of the article, the author also pays attention to the protection and defense of critical infrastructure in the Slovak Republic.<\/p>\n
