Specifics of Investigation of Administrative Offences Committed in the Internet Environment<\/strong> The article informs the readers of the possibilities of investigating administrative offences committed in the Internet environment. For this purpose the authors give instructions on what information leading to the perpetrator\u00b4s detection can be obtained and how the information can be obtained from the Internet service providers, Internet operators, mobile operators and registration data administrators. In the second part the authors point out the importance and applicability of documents obtained from the Internet environment in the follow-up administrative offences proceedings and they describe the steps that may lead to the strengthening of their evidence value.<\/p>\n
