JUDr. Bohumil Pikna, CSc., <\/em><em>Metropolitan University Prague<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The article is aimed at highlighting major functions of Europol&#8217;s activities as well as the legal aspect along with the most recent implications resulting from the new EU legislation based on the Lisbon Treaty.
