Miroslav \u0160teinbach,<\/em><em> Police Presidium of the Czech Republic, Head of Analytical and Legislative Department<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This paper deals with the continuity of development of criminal liability of officials for an act related to the execution of police powers. The basic hypothesis is the fact that the criminal liability of police officers has an expanding tendency.
