JUDr. et PhDr. Zden\u011bk Fiala, Ph.D., <\/em><em>Police Academy of Czech Republic in Prague, Faculty of Security Management, Department of Public Disciplines<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The paper explains in detail the legal aspects of dismissal of a member of the security forces under the Section 42 (1) (a). d) of the Act on Service of members of security forces.
