{"id":5147,"date":"2019-04-25T00:31:18","date_gmt":"2019-04-25T00:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veda.polac.cz\/?page_id=5147"},"modified":"2019-04-25T00:37:21","modified_gmt":"2019-04-25T00:37:21","slug":"11-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/veda.polac.cz\/?page_id=5147&lang=en","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Resume<\/p>\n<p><strong>EVIDENCE PROCEEDINGS IN GIVING A FREE AND INFORMED CONSENT IN THE CONNECTION OF PROVIDING HEALTH CARE SERVICES<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>HRIB, Nikolaj:\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>The aim of my article is to draw specialists\u00b4 attention to the importace of &#8222;instructions to and a free and informed consent by&#8220; a patient before he\/she undergoes a medical examination or treatment, especially to what must precede this consent and what must be absent in the patient\u00b4s will so that it cannot result in a legal act that is invalid and that does not create a legal relation on the basis of which a health-service specialist provides health care in the form of a medical examination or treatment taking a risk that such an act will be considered unlawful.<br \/>\nSuch misconduct can have consequences both in the sphere of civil law (compensation) or in criminal law.
