{"id":5088,"date":"2019-04-24T23:51:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T23:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/veda.polac.cz\/?page_id=5088"},"modified":"2019-04-25T00:04:40","modified_gmt":"2019-04-25T00:04:40","slug":"10-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/veda.polac.cz\/?page_id=5088&lang=en","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Resume<\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Position of Mediation and Alternative Resol-ving Criminal Matters in the Social Crime Prevention<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\"><em>Hrudka,\u00a0Josef: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><b><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">To some extent of generality the author of this article has analyzed the position of mediation and alternative resolving criminal matters in the social crime prevention. The analysis has been done by the means of component comparing some negative impacts of imprisonment infliction, especially short-term unconditional sentences. The author also suggests the course of penal policy and perspective of sentence functioning.
