The author thoroughly analyses legal duties of the Police of the Czech Republic to meet the requests of an administrative body to provide interoperability. A special attention is paid to the problems of delivering by the Police with regard to particular types of administrative procedures, especially in relation to the misdemeanour procedure. There is also a\u00a0reference to a dubiousness of the terms the Police of the Czech Republic and a\u00a0police organ.
