Barbora Vegrichtov\u00e1, MBA<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The article describes the activities of anti-conflict team, its purpose and the important role at the counter-extremist activities of the law enforcement agencies in the Czech republic. Furthermore there is also mentioned the philosophy of anti-conflict teams, the crucial strategic approaches and the major competences.
