JUDr. Eva Horzinkov\u00e1, Ph.D.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>There are some differences in the infringement proceedings in case that the accused person is a juvenile (a person, who has reached the age of fifteen at the moment of committing an offence and is not above eighteen years) compared withe proceedings against the person, who reached the age of eighteen (\u00a7 19, \u00a7 74 subsectin 1 of the Act on Offences).
