Text also presented some basic definitions and concepts (&#8222;signal crime&#8220;, theory of moral panic). Some criminological theories, limits of potential research of this problem and possible relation between the cases of &#8222;crazy shooting&#8220; and media (e.g. computer games) were introduced.
