In the historical context the quality of the recent legal adjustment is judged (\u00a7 360 of the Criminal Code) and the conclusion is that the contemporary legal adjustment of the criminal act drunkenness is modern from the point of view of international comparison and corresponds to the social need of the fight against this type of crime.
