Monitoring of Export of Agricultural Producs in the Czech Republic In countries with market economics and Czech Republic certainly belongs to them, the major attention in the customs provisions is granted to importation of goods. The regulations in the area of export are just minor, however the Customs Authorities pay attention to goods to which prohibitions and restrictions apply.

\nThe competences of paying agency are in the Czech Republic fulfilled by St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fd interven\u010dn\u00ed fond (SZIF, State Agricultural Intervention Fund). Also European Union grants financial resources for the area of agriculture in EU Member States. Export refunds are paid by SZIF to legal or natural persons – entrepreneurs for the purposes of financial support in the framework of Common Agricultural Policy.
