PhDr. Ludmila \u010c\u00edrtkov\u00e1, CSc., Faculty of Security Management PA Czech Republic in Prague, Department of Social Sciences<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Victimization syndromes like rape trauma or battered partner syndrome are used for description and assessment of victimization effects on victims in forensic praxis. In the article the author defines the nature of the victimization syndromes and analyses their relations to official diagnostic categories in ICD-10 or DSM-V.
