PhDr. JUDr. Jana Firstov\u00e1, Ph.D., Faculty PA security legislation of the Czech Republic in Prague, Department of Criminology<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The paper deals with the problems of the senior as an offender, in the terms of fulfilling the various theories of punishment.
