Forensic Psychological Aspects of the Perpetrator of the Insurance Fraud and its Indication<\/strong> The review article deals with forensic psychological aspects of an insurance fraud and of the perpetrator of the insurance fraud, including its indication. The article provides the definition of the basic terms, of selected specifics of an insurance fraud and its perpetrator, presentation of the scientific research results of the indication of insurance frauds and their perpetrators.

\nThe first part of the article contains the definition of the basic concepts of the subject – insurance fraud, perpetrator of an insurance fraud and psychology of motivation.
\nThe second part is aimed at defining the selected specifics of an insurance fraud and its perpetrator the part of which is the typology processing according to the selected attributes.
\nThe third part of the article deals with the selected results of the scientific research focused on the indication of an insurance fraud and its perpetrator.
