Marek Radosta, Police Academy of Czech Republic in Prague, Faculty of Social Security, Department of Criminal Police<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This article analyses and compares the current state of legislation on armed and security forces that legally use selected non-lethal weapons and means. The article focuses on the provisions of laws concerning the listing, authorization and use of these technologies.
