Eli\u0161ka Jon\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1, Charles University Faculty of Law<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The article deals with current cyberthreats in the European Union and Canada and it is complemented with the legal framework. In the context of criminal law specifics in the EU the legal framework in the Czech Republic is also mentioned presenting ascertained statistical data.
