Revocation of the Final Decisions in the Preliminary Hearing in the Legal Order of the Slovak Republic
and a Partial Comparison with the Legal Order in the Czech Republic

The text of the contribution is devoted to the characteristics of the legal regulation of the extraordinary remedy in accordance with § 363 TP – Revocation of the Final Decisions in the Preliminary Hearing, while the aim is to point out its development in the legal conditions of the Slovak Republic, as well as its legal regulation, or basic statistical indicators. Due to the fact that it is a special legal arrangement in the legal order of the Slovak Republic, in the contribution we also try to point out similar institutes applied in the conditions of the Czech Republic.
