Key competences are used for description of behavior which are important for all employees. It contributes to building a company culture and expected performances of employees and managers. It represents also basis for criteria assignment needed not only in the selection of workers but also for determining the direction and extent of lifelong learning system of organization. Therefore it is important to know the level of their key competences.
