PRIORITY IN MANAGER’S WORK – THE ART OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The article deals with a question of a role of a manager in an organisation, this all in relation to human resource (HR) management, taking into account that HR constitute the most valuable sources that are available to a company. While observing the terms of HR effective management, the organisation tends to meet its set strategic targets. Human resource management (of employees) integrates, in its nature, all activities in manager – employee relation, aiming at overall progress in individual work performance and general upgrading of organisational performance, development of working skills of employees and adaptation to value framework of an organisation. The final effect of this process should be a satisfied employee and meeting of set company targets. Line managers are in their roles irreplaceable.
