KEY COMPETENCES OF A MANAGER IN LAW REGULATIONS AND DOCUMENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC

The article deals with key competences in law regulations and documents of the European Union and the Czech Republic. It seeks to highlight the need to pay attention to the development of these competencies in the study programs. Issues of key competencies should not only deal with Police Academy, but also practice should come up with new ideas and requirements for the development of specific competencies.
