“Methodology of Emergency Plans”: Related Problems and Solutions

The article briefly summarises some uncertainties in the practice of contingency planning that emerged after new “Methodology of Emergency Plans” was issued. Article discusses some of the concepts of crisis management and points out their inconsistency with the wording of the Crisis Act. At the same time it is necessary to highlight the fact that the current wording of the “Methodology” in any way does not guarantee uniform and quality elaboration of emergency plans. In conclusion, the article lists some of the emergency planning documents, processing of which is in practice no longer, but which proved its validity with regard the dealing with crisis situations.
